This PR brings TS improvements to some of the built-in components and composables like
<Form>,<InfiniteScroll>,<Link>, anduseForm(). It also enables type-checking the Svelte adapter in the build script.This was originally planned in PR #2549, but I decided to split it up into multiple PRs for clarity.
